How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our father started the business and we grew up "involved".
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Experience, integrity, reliability, honesty, attention to detail, ability to resolve leak issues, work ethic, quality control.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one.

We are in the borough of Chester Heights, on Smithbridge Road.
What type of payments do you accept?
Check or cash.
Which areas do you service?
Delaware and Southern Chester counties, PA.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Management team of three Civitella owners.
What are your hours of operation?
8am-4pm, though we are in the office and "connected" to it 7am till 5:30pm weekdays and 10am-3pm Saturdays.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they love what we've done with/for their home and will recommend us and use us for future needs. :)
